Pusi88 Terms and Conditions – Guide

1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and pusi88 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the pusi88 platform accessible via pusi88.pro, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

This agreement governs the entire relationship between Members and pusi88, including but not limited to the use of gaming services, financial transactions, communications with the support team, and participation in promotional programmes. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please cease using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use pusi88 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in live games
• Using a VPN to conceal your actual location to bypass regional restrictions
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Conducting transactions related to money laundering activities
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing support staff or other members
• Sharing account login details with any other party

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Pusi88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms. Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team.

In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, Pusi88 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit all balances in the account, including cash balances, bonuses, and pending wins. For voluntary termination by a member with no breach, any valid cash balance (not subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
